Mechanical tension meter with motorized take-up wheel.
Consequently e. g. yarn brakes can be adjusted under similar conditions (take-up speed). Especially convenient for creel bobbins and sewing machines.

The tension meter is suitable for left or right hand use by two-sided mountable handle

Calibration to customized material:
If process material differs significantly from the SCHMIDT calibration material in diameter, rigidity or shape, special calibration using customer supplied samples is recommended. For this purpose a material sample of about 5 m should be supplied.
