Special Features

• 3 operation modes:
  Single or continuous operation for constant testing conditions
  – manual operation: Feed continuous so long as button is pressed or he limit switch is reached
  – continuous cycle operation: Force gauge travels a defined distance continuously up and down
  – JOG operation: exact feed of the slide by means of rotary encoder (0.01 mm)
• The adjusted speed is indicated in the display
• Automatic contact point detection or or motion stop when the sample breaks is possible in combination with force gauge ZTA. (This two function can not be used at the same time)
• Integrated timer and counter function for accomplishment of endurance tests (To apply constant force for a certain number of strokes and/or at certain time.
  The display shows the adjusted basic conditions, as well as the executed strokes, respectively the elapsed time.
• Adjustments for 5 material tests can be stored or copied with test stand EMX-1000N
• Test stand EMX-1000N with digital adjustable travel speed from 0.5 to 600 mm/min with different resolutions
  – 0.5 – 20 mm/min: 0.5 mm/min
  – 20 – 100 mm/min: 5 mm/min
  – 100 – 600 mm/min: 10 mm/min
• Combination of linear guide and high performance brushless motor provides extremely smooth operation also under heavy load
• 2 manual adjustable limit switches for inversion of the direction
• Automatic shift to set speed at speed change point (The measuring speed can not be higher than the start speed)
• Gauge overload protection in combination with force gauge ZTS, ZTA or display unit FA Plus only (additional connecting cable is necessary)
• High speed for returning to starting position
• Travel distance max. 380 mm (680 with extended stroke), depending on the mounted force gauge (see dimensions)
• Software starts together with test stand motion (requires certain models of force gauge)
• The menu can be locked by a password to prevent measurement conditions of accidental changes
• FSA: In combination with force gauge model ZTA and software »Force Recorder Professional« force-displacement and force-time graphs can be generated.
• Test stand for the following force gauge up to 1000 N:
  – mechanical – model PS, FB and PSH
  – electronic (recommended) – model DST, DSV, ZTS and ZTA

Standard Features

• The design of the test stand is more rugged than series MX
• Large baseplate to take up a lot of clamps and testing devices
• Delivery of the test stand includes mounting screws for the force gauge
• Force gauge is not included
