PRESET TORQUE SCREWDRIVERS

Engineered with a cam-over mechanism, the error-proofing screwdriver prevents over-torque. Implementing a poka-yoke screwdriver removes the operator’s influence from the process and ensures precision, accuracy, and a reliable quality control process. You can give Mountz FG tools to any operator and have the confidence that he or she will deliver the correct torque, time after time. The FG-OWC preset torque screwdrivers stay in calibration 4X longer than the most stringent industry standard (ISO 6789).

The FG-125i OWC Screwdriver is a one-way torque clutch system designed to apply torque in one direction and remain positive (no torque control) in the opposite direction.  This allows the tool to be used for easy screw removal. Ideal for maintenance and refurbishing applications and where undoing or loosening screws is required. Screwdriver torques in the CW direction only.

The preferred and certified ranges of these tools is in accordance with the requirements of ISO 6789 (+/- 6% of indicated setting).
