This is a 5V active GPS antenna intended for use with the Board-Mounted GPSDO (OCXO) or Board-Mounted GPSDO (TCXO). A GPSDO locked to the GPS constellation can provide time synchronization within 50 ns of the global GPS standard and very high clock accuracy.
